It's tough to paste lists into EnkiVillage format. This article will help you to remove list items more efficiently. We need firstly download a open source software named Notepad++. It's the most popular notepad software with many powerful productivity tools in it.

Batch Remove Heading Number from List Items

Select the list from word.

Copy the list and paste into Notepad++.

Press Ctrl+F or use "Search->Find" in the Menu Bar.

Copy the list number pattern item into Find Box Input. Be noticed that we need also include the dot('.') and the extra spaces into the Find Box Input.

Click "Replace" Tab, Then select 'Regular Expression' from the input box. After that, change the number you just copied to '\d+', which means 1 and more digits will be matched. In our case, we change the number '1' into '\d+'.

Leave the "Replace with" input area blank to replace by nothing. Then click 'Replace All' tab.

Now all the list items removed. You can now paste each item into EnkiVillage platform. Enjoy the posting!
